ICC believes that the disciplined, strategic, and intentional pursuit of what is essential will do more for you than chasing abstract dreams ever will, especially dreams that aren’t even yours. While my coaching will never force philosophies onto you, I’m not afraid to challenge you or ask tough questions designed to help you get all of what you need and none of what you don’t. In short, I won’t disservice you by being another coach, consultant, facilitator, or service-based practitioner who sells you arbitrary dreams.
