Project S.C.A.L.E.™ Assessment

Integrative Clarity Coaching’s proprietary assessment that is designed to uncover key insights into your leadership across five critical domains: Structure, Culture, Authenticity, Legacy, and Example. Whether you’re an individual leader taking the 180 Audit or managing a team with the 360 Suite, this assessment bridges the gap between what you do (behavior) with who you are (disposition), offering a comprehensive and actionable understanding of your leadership strengths and areas for growth.

Options:

  • 180 Audit: A self-led assessment focused on uncovering individual strengths and growth areas across the five domains.

  • 360 Suite: A team-driven assessment offering a well-rounded view of leadership by incorporating anonymous feedback from peers, direct reports, and other stakeholders. Ideal for leaders who want a broader perspective on how their behaviors and dispositions impact their team. (A minimum of five participants, including the leader, is required)

Both options include a detailed report of scores and insights with an optional coaching debrief.

The ICC Assessment Stack offers an integrated suite of tools designed to give leaders a detailed understanding of their leadership approach. Personalized 60-minute leadership coaching sessions that are conducted weekly or bi-weekly over Zoom. Together, we’ll address challenges, build on your strengths, and create a clear path toward achieving your leadership goals.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Twelve (12) Coaching Sessions over 3-6 months, tailored to your unique needs and goals.

  • The ICC Assessment Stack: A comprehensive suite that includes the Leader's Dashboard, Two Project S.C.A.L.E.™ Assessments (one at the beginning and end of your coaching engagement), and 4D Assessment to provide clear insights into your leadership style.
