ABOUT ME
Since becoming a professional coach in July 2016, I've had the privilege of coaching clients through various challenges, including refining personal identity, advancing careers, healing relationships, overcoming limiting beliefs, and eliminating self-sabotaging habits. With all of that said, I'll never proclaim that I've got it all together because honestly… who does? And where’s the fun if there’s not a little bit of adventure?
As an ICF-credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and excellence in the coaching industry. I also own multiple other certifications that are both ICF and non-ICF accredited, which have only deepened my understanding, expertise, and love for coaching. Beyond my coaching practice, I serve as a Facilitator with Certified Life Coach Institute, an ICF-accredited institution dedicated to training and certifying aspiring coaches. I've had interviews and talks about life coaching published in Medium/Authority Magazine and Mindbodygreen. Additionally, I have had the chance to speak about the more personal side of my entrepreneurial journey through Circles Up. I always seek more opportunities to speak on leadership and coaching as I pursue my PCC Credential.
My approach integrates proven executive coaching models, my proprietary Project S.C.A.L.E.™ framework, validated assessments, and the often-underestimated power of shutting up and listening. Through these, I partner with leaders to craft sustainable strategies that maximize their impact, strengthen relationships, and enhance organizational performance. Together, we focus on clear priorities, effective communication, and eliminating the 'ready, fire, aim' tactics that drain productivity, empowering them to lead with confidence and clarity.
Outside of coaching, I am a two-time World Champion in Solo Exhibition Drill (yes, I’m one of the ones who went viral…) and have served as a lead training consultant with Drill-Team Dynamics. One of my most rewarding experiences was acting as a drill instructor and honorary officer for the South Sudanese People’s Defense Forces, where I was entrusted with building the nation's first silent drill team within their Chaplaincy Corps. This role profoundly tested and enriched my leadership philosophy.
Personally, I’m happily married to the love of my life and a devoted follower of Christ. I understand that not everyone comes into coaching with the same beliefs-- let alone with the desire to discuss their religious beliefs. As such, you can rest assured that I will always choose to respect and honor all people from all walks of life, no matter where they are.
In conclusion, I believe that every person deserves to be truly seen and heard. In our work together, you can expect a collaborative environment fueled by the same passion, competence, and intentionality that I have applied throughout my diverse experiences. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward achieving sustainable success.
